Tenants frequently request permission to make alterations (or physical improvements) to their premises. Because such changes generally add to the building’s appearance, we are happy to do our best to accommodate these requests. However, there are certain rules that are in place to regulate such work and must be followed for the protection of all parties.
- Any and all remodeling must be coordinated through the Property Management Office in accordance with your lease.
- All vendors working in the office building during or after normal business hours must register with the Property Management Office.
- All vendors must have a Certificate of Insurance and a Business License on file in the Property Management Office with an approved amount of coverage.
Leasing requests should also be submitted in writing to the Property Manager. We are always more than happy to talk with you about your needs for additional space or desire to lengthen your lease term in the building!
