Standard operating hours for the building’s heating and cooling system are from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturday 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Requests for additional service should be placed at least 24 hours in advance by calling the Healthcare Property Services Call Center or Property Manager, reference Key Personnel section.

If you need adjustments to the temperature of your office, please submit a service request via the Tenant Center (opens in a new window) or call Healthcare Property Services at (888) 774-2446.  A member of the building manager’s staff must handle individual temperature adjustments to common areas.  We will make every effort to provide an even temperature and as comfortable an environment as possible.
